The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance, carport, and terrace. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room with TV, comfortable seating, and a corner bench for games or relaxing evenings, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a storage room. Coffee, tea, sugar, and spices are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. From the living room, you have access to the large terrace with a lovely garden and views of the forest. The terrace faces south and comes with garden furniture, seat cushions, and a sun umbrella. A playground for children is 150 m away. You can explore the beautiful nature along the "Alte Heeresstraße" on foot or by bike. Many hiking trails start directly from the apartment.
